Natural and Rustic - Raw Beeswax Pillar Candles (IVORY).
Beeswax is a natural product that cleans the air and smells wonderful.
Lockdown has allowed me to experiment with different kinds of wax and candle making. These are my absolute favourite.
Hand poured and each one is unique.
Beeswax is made by honey bees. They use the beeswax to build hives and to seal the honey into the honey comb.
Did you know Honeybees perform 80% of Pollination? Without bees we wouldn't eat.
100% Pure Beeswax*.
Raw cotton wick.
Handmade in Coigach.
Perfect for a power cut.
Place candle on a fireproof surface such as a coaster.
Remove label before lighting candle.
Burn your Beeswax Pillar Candle for at least 3-4 hours at a time, until the wax pool is about 1/4 inch away from the edge.
When extinguished, gently hug/push the edges of the candle inward so they melt on the next burn; this will help you avoid "tunneling" your candle, reduce wasting wax and allow it to last longer.
Trim the wick to just under 1/4 inch between burns.
If you see black smoke while the candle is burning, the wick is probably a wee bit too long, extinguish, wait for the wax to harden, trim the wick, and re-light.
